This photo was taken on new year's eve from my parent's flat in Niteroi, RJ, Brazil.
I used a Nikon D800, AF-S NIKKOR 24-70 mm f-2.8G ED, 7.8 sec at f-2.8, iso 100, 24mm.
In Lightroom I created 2 virtual copies and altered their exposures to +2 and -2, then exported all 3 images to Photomatix Pro and processed then to get the HDR effect.
