What does licensing my photo mean?

By licensing your photo you allow buyers to purchase a license of your photo to use for Commercial purposes. You always keep the copyright of your photos. Some examples of the most common commercial photo licensing are:

• Advertising on print or media.
• Website or social media.
• Marketing, brochures or promotional materials.
• Product packaging, film, TV, books.

By licensing your images through VIEWBUG and by agreeing to our Contributor Licensing Agreement you are giving permission to VIEWBUG, current and potential distribution partners, to manage the licensing of your photos on your behalf.

What are my licensing options?

Photos you submit to VIEWBUG for licensing will be Royalty-free, this means that the licence fee is paid once for unlimited, perpetual use, and there is no need for the buyer to pay additional royalties if the content is reused.
