As part of a coarse I have been doing, it was suggested I use royalty free stock photos, to edit by at least 20% to make a work that could potentially be sold online as wall art.
This is my first attempt at just that. It is made from a composite of 2 different photos, The first, the pier-jetty, needed a couple and a dog removed before changing it from greyscale to B&W as well as changing the sky and adding the yellow glow to all the lamps. The second photo was the woman and child, where I removed only those two from another picture that had 2 other people in it and a completely different background, editing them in such a way that they were completely desaturated apart from their red jackets and adding them to the first photo before merging both mages to make this shot. I hope you all like it.
