Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken on the banks of the Parana River, in the town of Diamante, province of Entre Rios, Argentina.

Time

This is probably one of my best images of that day, I remember that I was on the beach with my nephews around 7:00 p.m. when it occurred to me to take some pictures of them

Lighting

I wanted to get a backlit image where they were looking at the river, so I waited until sunset to get this image.

Equipment

this was shot on a canon t7, whit an 75-300mm lens. no oter equipament was innoved

Inspiration

I like to see the children playing in the sand, enjoying a day at the river, this inspired me to take my nephews to spend the day at the beach to take some shots, and with such a beautiful sunset I thought I could not miss a backlit photo

Editing

This image was shot only in jpg since I still don't have a program in which I can edit the images shot in raw, so this image was only cropped to be able to reframe it

In my camera bag

Normally the camera and two lenses travel with me, one 18-55mm and one 75-300mm, that's all I have nowadays since I'm just starting photography

Feedback

The only advice I can give you is that if you are going to take photos that include children, be patient, they don't know how to pose and many times they don't understand what we are trying to do, so I recommend that you let the children simply be themselves and capture improvised moments. that give beautiful results
