All that glitters..... is just glitter. It's about being real, transparent, and loving yourself! Dissociation is jarring, you can not control it, or do you know what you are doing when you do it. It is sometimes days before you snap out of it and then you have to pick up others that you could have knocked over! It's everything that is not sparkly! You take the pieces and put them back again and look ahead!
