Selfie took in depths of my depression , was a hard battle that time , 3 reason for this : 1, remind myself even in the depths ,depression not defeating me ????????
2: for others battling it to know that they are not alone , not defeated either .
3: to show depression doesnt always show on outside , by showing how a simple smile hides the sadness of depression screaming from my eyes !!!
Majority of people that knows me dont know i battle depression nor would even think i do , simple cause i smile always !!
