City workers seeking a bit of shelter from the sun, or possibly just from sensory overload. The dance hall has its multiple Halloween decorations up competing with the orange safety cones, and poles, slow sign, yellow metal fencing, and blue wheelbarrow, white truck with black cat all on what is a busy corner with its traffic light and lamp posts plus a fire hydrant. If you add to that the traffic, buses, and pedestrians makes for a very busy part of town and even without the extras, a busy photograph.
