Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden by me and my trusty tripod that had a duct-taped leg.

Time

I believe it was around 1030 or 1100. We wanted to avoid the morning rush that Tokyo is known for.

Lighting

All natural light. I was actually a complete amateur…still am haha!

Equipment

Canon Rebel T6, 15-35mm lens, and a handicapped tripod!

Inspiration

We were walking in the National Garden and I vaguely remembered seeing the view and skyline of where we were in the park in a photo somewhere and had to get the shot.

Editing

If you count uploading it, then yeah!

In my camera bag

Not a whole lot. Usually just my camera, 2 lenses, and a power bank.

Feedback

If you’re going on a trip, maybe scope out some good locations for some very picturesque shots and plan those stops into your itinerary.
