Photography is more often than not about compromises. In this case, I was looking to capture the Castle and it's reflections plus the Moon at high tide during the golden-blue hour. Had I waited another two days for the full moon, the tide would have been to late in the evening to capture anylight in the sky (00.01 am, on Saturday, 13th of Aug) hence this shot being two days before full moon. Also, this is a composite. As the Moon raises to the left of the castle, by the time it stands behind it, it is too high up in the sky and rather small in the frame. So, the solution was to capture the Moon as it came up, then photograph the Castle and put both images together in post processing. Images were taken within minutes of each other and with the same lenses (Sony 70-200).
