I took this photo when I visited Pacifica Beach for a beach day!Time
It was around 4pm when the sun was shining and bright.Lighting
Lighting on this picture was a little challenging as it was bright but a bit of editing helped the photo come togetherEquipment
I used my Canon G9X I really like the zoom feature on it.Inspiration
What inspired me to take this photo was looking through my photos and seeing that I’ve always took beach photos from the same angles so I thought to myself it would be nice to capture the beach in a different way.Editing
This picture didn’t require a lot of post processing but I did change the angle of the photo and color.In my camera bag
I normally just carry around my 2 point and shoot cameras the Canon G9X or Ricoh 2Feedback
Don’t be afraid to try new ways to photograph things. If you have an idea try it out right away. Don’t hesitate on if it will look nice or not.
