Behind The Lens

Location

The fireworks photo was taken from my window on New Year's Eve, exposed 1/15 s. The local science center organized fireworks. Shot from the tower house. The rockets flew almost to the eyes.

Time

New Year's Eve 00:00

Lighting

I think fireworks should and can be shot handheld with a relatively short exposure time, here 1/15 s. I don't like long exposures.

Equipment

Panasonic DMC-FZ8 F:2,8 iso 400.

Inspiration

Great to photograph from the window of my home.

Editing

No post-processing.

In my camera bag

I normally shoot with an Olympus OM D 10 camera and often with a vintage lens. I am an old enthusiast of analog photography. I think only analog photography is real photography.

Feedback

Photograph fireworks handheld and with a short exposure time, like my picture is exposed 1/15 s.
