Location
I took this photo in Jesperhus Flowerpark in Denmark. The have an indoor tropical garden with birds, lemurs and other animals. This bird is called White, and you can see a small white spot on the beak making it easier to recognize.Time
The foto is taken around midday, indoor under the trees.Lighting
As mentioned before, the photo is taken around midday, indoor under the trees, making it a bit difficult to get the colors of the bird to be bright and the background to be dark and almost invisible.Equipment
I used my Sony a7c white a Sony 24-105 lens.Inspiration
The Macaws let you get pretty close, and I just wanted to get the colorful bird, a clear shot of the eye and the dark trees in the background.Editing
I have cropped the photo a bit, I have brightened the bird and darkened the background. Not much really, but just enough to get the bird to "pop".In my camera bag
I always bring my a7c and the 24-105 lens. Normally ND-filters as well, and that's it.Feedback
Just have fun and let the bird do its thing.
