It was around 8pmLighting
It was just one of those shots that popped up out of nowhere. My daughter was riding her bike and parked it under and slightly in front the area light casting the perfect shadow.Equipment
This was shot on a Canon 60D with the kit lens at the time. Dont quite remember as I've now switched to OMD.Inspiration
Light and shadow are things that I look for no matter where I'm at. This was just one of those right place, right time scenarios.Editing
Very little editing was done in lightroom.In my camera bag
I've recently switched to the Olympus OM-D EM-1 Mark III. Lens of choice being the M.Zuiko 12-40mm 1:2.8 PRO. When I need a tripod I carry the Three Legged Thing LEO.Feedback
One, always have a camera on you even if it's just your cellphone. And two, keep your mind open to different shapes, patterns, and shadows. If you are always thinking with a creative mindset, you will no doubt capture images even better than this.
