Two orchids grown in my window, a South American slipper orchid and a spotted Asiatic moth orchid. The first is Phragmipedium QF Malia from a nursery, purchased by mail order, and the latter is an unknown Phalaenopsis hybrid from the local grocery market.

Because I only have one window, though a double, that receives sunlight, I've supplemented it with grow lights and have made a mini-greenhouse. The Phragmipedium requires more light to bloom and therefore grows closer to the window, while the Phalaenopsis is further away. This is the first time they've met.
