Over the past ten years, the State of Israel has become a high-tech power. Israeli start-ups raise hundreds of millions of dollars and as a result, Israel has become the country with the highest percentage in the world of new millionaires.
Many of them prefer to work and live in Tel Aviv. A severe shortage of building land is pushing for high-rise construction. That is why in recent years skyscrapers have been growing in Tel Aviv like mushrooms after rain.
