Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in The Valley of Fire state park, approximately one hour drive from Las Vegas. This park is a geological gemstone, with lots of different landscapes and rock formations. A photographer will find so many spectacular views here!.

Time

This photo was taken at the afternoon. I had to wait for lighting conditions when everything is looking so smooth

Lighting

This time I was lucky to have the cloudy weather.

Equipment

Canon R camera kit

Inspiration

This combination of bright orange sand and dull grayish vegetation was very inspiring.

Editing

Just the basic RAW post-procrssing, to slightly enhance colors.

In my camera bag

The equipment I normally have really depends upon where I am going. For hiking, I prefer not to take too much, so usually I only have the kit lens on my camera and a lightweight tripod. For night photography, I have a really heavy huge old manfrotto tripod, at least a couple of fix lenses, a remote controller and a flashlight.

Feedback

No matter where you go - always have your camera ready!
