She's a porcelain doll that the bride bought for me so I can have "toys" to photograph.
This was desatted, and the contrasted was adjusted. Then I used a texture over the original image to give the impression of an aged wet plate glass negative. I also did some toning to aid the look of an aging image.
The background is a sheet of Aluminum Foil placed over a cardboard backdrop. The reflections are a completely random effect from the single flash used to the right of the image.
