This photograph was taken by myself in a stunning cabin in the midst of the woods in the Appalachian mountains. My very first photoshoot I did myself.Time
It's was a cold, snowy winters night. The snow was thick and there didn't seem to be a end in sight. So I made a fire and photographed myself for the first time.Lighting
This is a sensual scene so I didn't want it super bright. I wanted it to be sexy and mysterious but still classy and respectful.Equipment
This shot was caught with a canon sx420. No tripod, no flash. I propped the camera up with a shirt in a chair at the end of my bed and put a ten second timer on.Inspiration
I inspired me to take this photo. People in general are too hard on themselves and don't give themselves near enough credit. I wanted to appreciate my beauty and talent.Editing
Surprisingly, no. I chose a filter before I shot the scene and didn't edit it afterwards. Pretty easy straightforward shoot.In my camera bag
Seeing as I'm fairly new to this I always keep my camera, ad cards, extra batteries and my tripod.Feedback
My advice is to just be you. don't overthink and don't care what anyone else thinks. You're doing it for you, it's not your business what others opinions are. You wanna do it, go for it, I'll be your biggest fan.
