On August 9, 2021 my wife and I were celebrating our 24th anniversary in the way we usually do. We enjoy the Sundays on the west coast of Florida and as you can see the sunset was amazing. The sun had just settled under the horizon and illuminated the clouds with amazing color and contrast.Lighting
Use the sun to your advantage. Sunset photography can be very rewarding when you are patient to get just the right light.Equipment
This was sit on a Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra using the wide angle camera. F 2.2 1/137s 2.2mm iso 50 with automatic white balance.Inspiration
I really like sunset photography and look for any opportunity to capture the colors of the sky.Editing
Post processing was done on the 21 ultra built in editor. I made slight adjustments to the contrast, saturation, and shadow levels.In my camera bag
All of my photography is done my Samsung devices that I have had over the years. I specifically purchased the 21 ultra because it has 0.6, 1x, 3x. And 10x optical lenses that give me excellent choices to capture what I'm seeing.Feedback
Taking photos at the beach can be pretty straight forward. It is easy to see the sunset no matter where you are. Take a moment to look at options to enhance the picture. This shot was at low tide and allowed for the color to reflect off of the sand in the fore ground to give the mirrored image.
