The image of "Three Brothers" was taken from Valley View in Yosemite National Park in California USA.Time
Yosemite is one of the most beautiful places on earth and I love the trips I've taken there. This image was taken only first trip to Yosemite on November 4, 2006. Image was taken very actually at 0219 with a long exposure giving the image a "daytime" appearanceLighting
Light was moon light since is was taken at 0219 exposure was 0.6 Sec, F/22, ISO 100Equipment
Camera was my first Canon Digital Camera a 20D, lens was a 24-105 F4.5 I believe. Mounted on a tripodInspiration
What inspired me for this shot was the beauty of the Three Brothers and their reflection in the pond. Valley View shows Yosemite Valley from the valley floorEditing
Image was taken in RAW format, so standard cost processing was performed using Lightroom/PhotoshopIn my camera bag
What is in my Bay today is quite different than back in 2006. Today I carry a Canon R6 Mirrorless camera, a 16-35 2.8 wide angle, 28-70 2.8 wide angle, 70-200 F2.8 zoom, a 1.5 extender and a 600mm F22 fixed lens. Tripod and polarizer and 3 stop to 9 stop neutral density filter.Feedback
Only advice I can give is visit Yosemite and don't be afraid to shoot at any hour of the day
