Sunset in Kentucky

Was trying to get my dogs to do tricks for a treat & getting photo at the same time. Took some time to get this one of them sticking out there ton

Was babysitting my granddaughter & she was smiling in her sleep & holding her hands together. I got a picture of her.

Was hiking in the mountains at the garden of the gods and seen this rock hanging in the middle, thought it was cool.

Dog fell asleep with bone in his mouth and his tongue sticks out. He was worried his brother was going to get the bone so he wouldn't let it go.

I love when the sun goes down & reflection of light makes different colors in the sky.

Very nice hiking trails in the garden of the gods. Has pretty scenery.

Elk crossed the road. The middle Elk is a baby.

The outdoors wild life in Kentucky

A lot of clovers growing in my yard, sometimes I even find a 4 leaf clover.

Sitting on my back porch as usual, I always get a nice view of different things so I take photos of what I see. This is the sun shining through clouds

Was hiking trails and seen this tree that was attached to the rock. It growed that way. Pretty cool.

Went to the aquarium place in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I'm not sure what kind of fish but it's pretty.

Seen this pretty butterfly on the butterfly bush that has purple flowers and was on flower, it's nice picture for me to have.

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at my home in my backyard. I'm teaching myself photography .I always loved taken photos of everything & This rose is very pretty to me. I thought it would be a good photo to have.

Time

I took this photo in the evening while tending to my flower bed. It's one of my favorite roses because it's more than 1 color and it stands out.

Lighting

I use the sun shining for the lighting. I like the natural light on the rose. It brings out the beauty in the flower.

Equipment

At this time of taking photos all I had was my cellphone. I didn't have my camera at the time.

Inspiration

The beautiful colors of the rose and because I love taking photos of flowers.

Editing

Just cropped the photo a little bit because it was too big.

In my camera bag

I don't have a lot of equipment yet. Just my Canon camera and cellphone.

Feedback
