Behind The Lens

Location

I was at Salamonie Forest State Park in Wabash, Indiana. My father took myself and my siblings camping here a million times and this is where we always started our hike. You had to hang on to the roots to get down because the hill was so steep!

Time

It was around 3 o'clock. I remember this because we were there for a celebration of life service for my dad. He did not want a funeral.

Lighting

I didn't use any at all. Just the natural light.

Equipment

You are going to laugh. I used the camera on my phone!

Inspiration

I wanted to remember the excitement I felt as a kid going hiking and this was always where we started!

Editing

I didn't do any.

In my camera bag

To tell you the truth I don't have a bag with a nice camera or special lenses. I just use my phone.

Feedback

Go visit your state parks and you are sure to run into something beautiful!
