The Asiatic lady's slipper orchid Paphiopedilum Herbert Bernhart, a primary cross between the species P. liemianum and P. glanduliferum. Both are multi-flowering, liemianum is sequential with only one flower open at a time and glanduliferum with flowers opening as the buds mature until all are open at once.
My hybrid followed the sequential habit but the flowers were very long lasting due to the glanduliferum parent, about 1 1-2 months or more each.
