Destroyer USS Edson a National Historic Landmark, moored on Saginaw River in Bangor Township near Bay City, Michigan. The Edson is now a museum ship, sited near Independence Bridge. Tours are offered, as well as special events such as Halloween “Ghost Ship” activities. The Edson was the ship used for interior shots in the Twilight Zone’s “The Thirty Fathom Grave” episode. In a few scenes, a floatation device with the ship’s name can be seen.
