When you chose a path for yourself , unconventional to the norm - somewhat of a hill forms itself within your mind .

You look at it knowing very well this is your hill to climb , but just like any hike - unpredictable occurrences happen along the way.
From starting in company and cheer , the further you climb , the noise tones down. Those who cheered , suddenly vanish off sight . The weight of fuel you prepared initially , has to be let go in order to have strength to carry yourself a few steps closer. And then you reach mid point .
You’re tired , demotivated .. maybe it was a mistake and this was never mine to climb after all ? You fall down a few steps , coming face to the deception caused by none other than yourself .
A heart break , sharp as 3 of swords puncturing your resting fallen body.
Maybe they were right , when they saw me coming mid point - it was nothing more but delusion ? After all , my time is running out - I’m alone , tired - how much more can I go on ?

It’s totally normal once we overstep our own capacities for so long without a clear sight of the near end goal - to be discouraged and doubtful .. but only for a second.
To rest , heal self inflicted wounds and stand up tall with the same passion and belief we started initially to launch ourselves further along.
Don’t allow the swords to kill you.
Do you hear it ? The chants and cheers at the top , patiently waiting for you to come on over and rejoice - or are you going to allow those at the bottom drag you down where you came from?

Remember , true failure , is to fall down and never getting up.
Time is an illusion , your goals and self belief are a reality.
