A Chicane is a rarely done snowboard trick to this day! It is a frontside 180 combined with a forward facing front flip, also known as a tame dog. This was back in 1998 on Mt Washington. While I wasn't riding with professionals at the time, I'm not aware of anyone else doing this trick back in 1998, but I was just a small town kid riding my local mountain, so I'm sure there were others.
