looking up from within the baptistry of Sainte Marie de la Tourette you see an aging skylight painted white silhouetting a crucifix. the white paint of the skylight is dirty and peeling almost giving it the appearance of the moon. designed by the modernist master Le Corbusier this structure inspires me more and over time.
