Location
This was taken from the Edgewater Lodge property on Green Lake. Whistler Mountain is in the background, the neighbourhood of Nicklaus North lies at the edge of the lake.Time
About 8 am. I passed this view at least twice a week delivering a local news-magazine. This time it caught my eye because of the footprints. Sadly, this property was sold to a very private owner and is closed to the public.Lighting
A cloudy day with low light.Equipment
Just a Kodak Easy Share point and shoot camera. I knew nothing about photography at the time of capture. It was sitting in my "drab" file until I started using Lightroom. What a difference!Inspiration
I passed this spot many times until someone left a leading line in it.Editing
It was a jpeg to start, but Lightroom did wonders. In my camera bag
At that time, nothing but the p&s. Now I shoot with an Olympus 4/3 mirror-less and a Canon T3i. -Olympus 12-40 2.8 Pro, Olympus 40-150 4-5.6, Panasonic Lumix 100-400 4-6.3 Asph., Lumix 12-40 Pancake.
