Location

My Wife and I had the opportunity to assist in releasing some Monarch Butterflies with a private conservatory. They where released along the water front trail here in Port Hope, with hopes that they would migrate to Mexico. They are all registered! I took this photo of one that my wife was holding for release!

Time

It was taken around 1pm on a sunny day !

Lighting

Natural

Equipment

I shot with Canon 7d Mark II with a. 18/135 mm lens

Inspiration

I am a self taught amateur photographer and always looking forward to improving my photography.

Editing

No I like to take photos as natural as possible.

In my camera bag

I usually carry two cameras each equipped with either a 18/135 and the other with a 200/600 mm telephoto lens.

Feedback

I generally try to take at least 3 to 5 shots of my subject and choose what one I feel was the best outcome. Always practicing to improve !
