Location
A little south of Half Moon Bay, Ca. This is trail to the beach from the Cowell's beach parking lot off Hiway 1.Time
Late afternoon sunset after a day at the beach.Lighting
The lighting is manufactured from Photoshop "Sky Replacement". I have never used it before this photo and I found the filter by chance one day in my software upgrade.Equipment
My canon D70 and a 2.8 70-200mm Canon lens.Inspiration
I enjoy the long walks to the beach and as the sunset began to take shape, it was inevitable I get some shots.Editing
As I disclosed in my photograph notes, I used the Photoshop "Sky Replacement" under "EDIT" and found the perfect match! i also had the opportunity to enhance the flowers and pathway with Raw Filter applications to bring your eyes down the path.In my camera bag
I don't carry a bag anymore... just an Apple 12 Pro Max in my back pocket and my Canon over my shoulder.Feedback
Obviously "Sky Replacement" works best with a landscape shot that mirrors your best effort for the time, light, and space available. The secret is to have fun and experiment.
