Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Kanata, Ontario. Astro is the newest addition to my friends family. She's a fiesty playful and curious girl. A very unique girl who loves attention.

Time

I captured this mid day all while trying to be fast enough for this little girl.

Lighting

All natural light with on camera flash. Didn't want to blind the poor kitty

Equipment

I shoot with my Canon EOS Rebel T6, my 50 mm prime lense.

Inspiration

I wanted to stretch out into different avenues for photography. I find pet portraits to be somewhat challenging but worth every obstacle.

Editing

Edited in Lightroom and Photoshop to mix black and white with color

In my camera bag

I take everything with me, from my lenses to my tripod and everything in between.

Feedback

Practice makes perfect. Don't get frustrated, just use the frustration to boost yourself forward. Don't give up.
