This photo was taken at a state park in Ohio where I had the pleasure of visiting.Time
It was early afternoon. The clouds hid the sun away for most of the day, but I was able to linger in the shadows and capture some peace.Lighting
There was no sunshine to be seen, save for the few rays fighting to get through the clouds. Instead, there was a moody serenity in the shadows in which I took advantage of.Equipment
I shot this with a canon rebel t6 by hand with, I believe, a 75-300mm lens.Inspiration
I always seek out peace and the scenes that offer that. This bench looked rather lonely, sitting there empty and waiting to be filled. Yet, it was surrounded by beauty on own.Editing

I think when a person is passionate about taking photos, the opportunities present themselves in quiet whispers. The lighting may not be ideal, the weather may be unpleasant. However, that passion and love for preserving nature and its beauty will move you to try to honor it the best that you can.
