Location
The photo of the lilies was taken out my homes basement window during an early summer rain.Time
The photo was taken around mid-morning.Lighting
It was unusually bright for a rainy day this helped to enhance the falling rain.Equipment
Canon EOS Rebel t6 with a 75mm-300mm lens on the Close Up setting.Inspiration
I wanted to capture the beauty of the lilies with the water droplets. Capturing the rain falling was a pleasant surprise.Editing
The only post processing done was to enhance the sharpness and structure. In my camera bag
I currently have the Canon EOS Rebel T6 digital camera with two lenses. In addition I have a Canon Rebel K2 35mm film Camera and for fun a Polaroid One Step+ I-type and a vintage Kodak Eltralite 110 film camera that I picked up on eBay and affectionately call the “Ice Cream Sandwich” camera. In addition to the cameras I’ve got some extra batteries, SD cards, remote shutter release, film, filters, and some manuals.Feedback
Just shoot, you might be surprised with the results as I was with this photograph!
