Location
This Photo was taken in my living room in my house at night. I set up my little make shift studio and got tonwork. I am actually self taught; so each shoot is a lesson for me.Time
This is actually my Second most favourite image, next to another bottle image with different objects. This was taken at night, during the period where I started actually getting the whole photography thing.Lighting
I wanted a won't of magical/self lit vibe from this image. I used a phone light and hovered it directly over the mouth of the bottle not too far, so that the light didn't spread. I made the Area I was in pitch black so that I would capture the light in the bottle alone.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon 500D, with 18 to 55mm lens and the flashlight of a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.Inspiration
I was in the period where I wanted to taken unique photos never seen before or photos that would make people stop what they're doing and look at. Things outside of the norm.of what pictures normally look like something new, something Me.Editing
Yeah; these types of photos taken in the dark with light trails need post processing. I removed slight excess light trail from the sides of the image and darkened the background more than I already was to give the image a clean vibe. I also Cut the saturation to Any other colour other than red and enhanced the vibration of the red slightly to give it a glowy vibe.In my camera bag
I pack My Old and faithful Vanon 500D with my 18 to 55mm lens. The equipment truly doesn't make the photographer, the photographer and his creativity makes the title.Feedback
Ensure the area is as dark as it can possibly be, use manual focus before and focus the camera on the bottle using manual light and use a tripod if you have it would've probably made the process easier. Try and try and try don't stop, use each picture fail to get the other one better until it's where you want it to be.
