In first instantie, I was feeling disappointed because I expected the balloon to spoil my sunset composition. Then it came down soon, in direction of my viewing line towards the sun. Then it flew exactly in front of the sun, me taking the picture.Equipment
Nikon D5100 and 18-105 mm kit zoomlens. No tripod.Inspiration
A bit of luck was with me that day, I can be completely honest about that. No inspiration specifically, just happy that this situation evolved in front of me.Editing

Not really, this shot is a once in a lifetime one, I think. You just need to have the luck that something like this is occuring in your composition.
