My Grandpa, who passed away, loved bald eagles, so much that he collected them. I was driving down the road one day, just down the road from where they used to live as a matter of fact, & my moon roof was open, I just so happened to look up and see that eagle flying above me. I was obviously out in the country so I pulled over hoping with both fingers crossed that he would land & I would be able to get a picture of the bird my Papaw had admired so greatly. Slowly the eagle circled around me and finally landed in the field, he slowly tuned to look at me & with tears in my eyes, I took this picture.
