I took the image in December 2020 in the rain season of Zimbabwe, it's also summer in the southern Hemisphere. I took it the photo because I just loved how the water buck was sitting still in the water, in a hot summer day for a long time. Starring at the safari car I was in. I took the photo using my long lens, as I was very far from the water buck.
