Behind The Lens

Location

After an hours hike through the bush one reaches the swimming hole and waterfall of Gunrock Creek. Myryla State Forest in the Southern Highlands, New South Wales. Australia.

Time

Taken in the afternoon as the sun starts to loose its bite. A mere 28 degrees. Ideal time to be in the water.

Lighting

Lighting is a little tricky as the water is bright and the surrounding canyon darker.

Equipment

Simple point a shoot with an IPhone 10. Nothing else needed.

Inspiration

It is important to document the days that the kids still want to get out and about with you. All too soon they are lost to computer games and the big wide world.

Editing

Tweaks on the IPhone editing suite. Nothing fancy.

In my camera bag

Whatever you take, make sure it is in a water proof covering????
