Normally I have seen the bees with their group only, however this particular bee was hanging out with a wasp and they both were resting very close to each other on the same dry stem creating a formation like a yin yang.Editing

To capture the bees, be patient. Observer their behavior for awhile instead of straight away shooting them. Let them take their position and then you can approach with your camera slowly towards them.
