This photo was taken at LACMA in Los Angeles — there is an outdoor exhibit area with many light posts that seemed like the perfect place to play a little. I’m self taught, so I always enjoy the opportunity to growTime
We rode our bikes over to LACMA this day and got there around 2 pm and spent 3 hours just shooting snd having funLighting
The lighting is all natural. It was a nice sunny dayEquipment
This was shot on a Sony A55V -Inspiration
I really wanted to shoot something that felt freeing in the midst of the lockdown and mask wearing time we have been stuck in. My wife is the perfect subject, so we threw some poses together and made it happenEditing
I did minimal fixes to the brightness and contrast, though it didn’t take much. I try to capture the image as I want it before taking the shot —- lol not that I have any idea what I’m doing, I just like to playIn my camera bag
I don’t have much! I’m amateur at most, just shoot with what I haveFeedback
Just find the angle that captures the form of your subject. Depth is important as well. So creating art with everything you’re given, not just parts.
