Location
This photograph was created on location at Varner Hogg Plantation in West Columbia Tx, It's a historical park.Time
The time of day was right around noon.Lighting
We were in an old barn with a concrete floor and a large open door facing the sun. So a perfect natural light setup.Equipment
Equipment for this photograph was simple, just my Pentax camera on my Manfrotto tripod.Inspiration
All that great natural light coming in and the those eyes.Editing
Well yeah. If it was just a camera then anyone could have created that. Like an artist has a way with a brush I have a way with photoshop. For this photography I used frequency separation to smooth her skin and then clean up her eyes some.In my camera bag
Bag?..lol I only use a bag for sport events. For sessions like this I bring most of my gear in boxes on a wagon, in case it's a walk from the parking lot. I carry several pentax camera bodies, several lenses and my alien bee lights. I hate hiking to a location to find out I need a piece of gear that I didn't bring.Feedback
A long lens on a tripod so you won't have to be right in her face and your reflection won't be so large.
