This photo was taken in my local park.Time
I dropped my kids off to school and just had to grab a camera and come back to the park to make a few pictures. About 9 am.Lighting
The sun was rather low and therefore the fog was still milky and thick.Equipment

While watching the park ranger clearing leaves I thought that he looked a bit like a visitor from space taking samples. I waited for the vehicle to turn towards me to capture the glow through the fog.Editing
I deepened the blues as thought it looks better with the yellow lights.In my camera bag
Usually just a camera with one lens as I often take pictures while walking. So I decide in advance what I will be focusing on and select an appropriate lens.Feedback
Experiment with artificial light in the fog, maybe even bring your own
