Location
The photo was taken in Sarzhin Yar near cableway in Kharkiv, Ukraine. It’s a walking and transport system connecting Sumskaya Street with Pavlovo Pole microdistrict, and which goes from the Central Park of Culture and Leisure of Maxim Gorky to Sarzhin Yar. This cableway was the first attraction of the park from 1971!Time
I clearly remember it was around 3 or 4 PM, lightly, it was winter and it was already started to getting dark too fast, so it was partly harder to understand which place would be look better, because the light already was changing like every 5 minutes and we was changing and trying different locations near trees to choose the best.Lighting
It was almost dark, but not fully, and it was really amazing how simple iPhone could make such clarify quality light like this. But before I made this, I was trying different modes & options like iPhone 7 + Lighting, iPhone X + Lighting and iPhone X + Lighting + Portrait Mode, which was final.Equipment
This was a Portrait Mode shot on iPhone X with built-in flash, right after it was released. By the way, some of great photos from this series was on iPhone 7 with built-in flash.Inspiration
I like when on photos of people depicted two styles: beautiful sexy girl or street fashionable guy. So I just unite girls with youth fashion which was made for “boys” and then we’re getting masterpieces. The funny thing is, that this photo was not my main purpose to shoot. It was just a warm-up, before we started to shoot interesting ideas. At first, I just shoot model in some type of clothes, then I like to make insteresting ideas with some additional things & items. Maybe it will be sounds weird, but with her we made some cool shots with an Off-White belt, which was tied her hands and some another creative shots with this belt, but from back, which I will post soon in my Instagram @artyitsme , so stay tuned!)Editing
I can't tell y'all all my secrets of processing, but I just can say that I use Lightroom and I always changing colors, plus I use Photoshop to fix something or even sometimes conversely, to add something or fully change the background, so that no one actually will never know.In my camera bag
Normally, I’m shooting on Canon 6D 24-105mm & iPhone 7 (until I buy a new one). Plus I always take the model’s last iPhone to shoot them too. The same way, my equipment includes clothes, things & items for shooting.Feedback
