This photograph was captured at the end of Llyn Padarn, just outside Llanberis, North Wales.Time
I took this photo early morning, probably around 0830hrs. I remember seeing the sunrise and thinking that the light looked absolutely amazing.Lighting
I know that this location offers stunning views over Llyn Padarn, Yr Wyddfa and up towards Pen Y Pas. Knowing that the light was going to be shining down the valley towards the lake, I knew it would make for a great photo.Equipment
As simple as you can get. I used my Pixel 3a XL phone.Inspiration
I've seen a number of people take photographs here an have always wanted to capture it myself. The weather is always changing, the water is rarely still like glass, so putting everything together made for the perfect opportunity to take some photographs.Editing
My phone captures images in JPG and RAW formats. I ran the raw file through Adobe Lightroom on my phone.In my camera bag
Minimal equipment to be honest. I have a Canon 500d, 18-55mm and 50mm 1.8 lens.Feedback
