Behind The Lens

Location

The picture was taken with a One plus 6T phone on the beach at Camping Vonkka in northern Finland.

Time

I remember the time quite well, sometime after twelve in the day. Just before I took this picture, a couple of reindeer had been drinking water down by the beach.

Lighting

Not much to say about the light. I saw the boat lying there, took the phone and took the picture.

Equipment

I used my One Plus 6T phone.

Inspiration

The picture would never have been taken if it had been a sunny summer day. By then, the beach had been full of people. Now it was a bit overcast and not so hot. Everything was so quiet all around and there was only one lonely boat on the beach. I just felt I had to take a photo.

Editing

I have edited in lightroom for mobile, but do not remember exactly what, I think I took automatic editing. But I'm happy with the result.

In my camera bag

I'm pretty new to this with photography. Bought a Lumix FZ82 in April when I did not know anything about cameras. Now I regret buying a little. Would like a camera where you can change lenses. Otherwise there will be pictures by phone. That's all. Well, I also have a tripod.

Feedback

I do not know what to answer, am not an expert. I try to learn every day. Right now it is the gut feeling that rules and that the moment in the moment decides. You just feel in your body that you have to take a picture. Right now it feels like it will be what it will be.
