got up to my horses snorting and seen thees guys 3 of them so i got my camera and starting pictures have a story with these also

found this one it is smokey at 6 weeks old he was in the process of changing colors

i gave smokey a apple piece and it must of been bitter he looked at me and stuck out his tongue and shook his head, funny i thought but i caught it o

mom and son eating treats and she has head up as to say thanks

got a close up and he stood still for this one pretty huh

seen these deer across the road from my front yard they were watching me water the horses so i got my camera and started taking shots the one laying

smokey was in front yard when the horses came by caught his eye

smokey is smiling because he is 4 years old and mom has retired and can give him more attention and treats

he was playing in front yard and stoped to eat the weeds, you can see why they call him the silver stallion

in my back yard up here in the mountains in williamsburg

early morning the sun had just come up

Lighting

the trees were in the way for a great shot but i did my best almost climbed in to the tree for this shot i have a zoom lens on my camera i got lucky

Equipment

my nikon with the zoom lens

Inspiration

i heard some noise up by the shed my painted horse was pacing around the trees and i heard a sound like a puppy barking sounded like a chawawa, so i kept calling for a dog, when i seen my cat in the tree and then i heard growling i looked up and there it was wow what is it i knew it wasn't coming down with my cat sitting in the tree, so i ran to the house got my camera and started taking shots, waiting for more sunlight i was glad i had a steady stand and hands it was a cool morning the pictures came out pretty good i was lucky.

batteries, lens cap and a memory card just in case
