Location
This was taken in Faro, Portugal on our first day here. It was my first holiday to a hot and sunny place (Imfrom Scotland), so it was a memorable trip!Time
This was in the afternoon with the sun at it's hottest. We spent an hour just getting lost in the narrow winding streets filled with art like this.Lighting
The contrast of the sun's glare, the vibrant street art, and the dark shadows cast by the the buildings formed an image that was an opportunity not to be missed.Equipment
My phone camera, I think it was a Sony Xperia XZ Premium.Inspiration
The beauty of the wash of colours on these walls, and the geometry of the architecture, as well as the gorgeous natural light!Editing
Nope.In my camera bag
I don't use any professional photography equipment. Nor do I own a camera. I use my phone!Feedback
Take a stack of images, even if you think they don't look great- when you scroll through your roll later you may find hidden gems!
