Location
This photo was taken from the back of the Staten Island Ferry. I take the ride regularly, and admire the sunset, but never really noticed how amazing the sunset looked kissing the Lower Manhattan Skyline. On this day, it was all I could see... just beautiful.Time
After a long day at work, my 4PM ferry ride is always a welcomed part of the day. I remember boarding the boat early, before the rush of tourists, and getting my favorite seat at the rear of the ferry. It didn't take long for me to recognize how great the setting sun looked reflecting on the buildings.Lighting
Mother Nature provided all the light needed to.capture this image; other than a slight ISO adjustment, all I did was point and click!Equipment
In the habit of always carrying a camera, I had recently purchase a Canon T5i to keep with me as a traveled to and from work. The T5i is small and lightweight, and still allows the use of manual settings which I needed to take the photo. No other equipment was used.Inspiration
I am a huge fan of the NYC skyline, and get to admire it almost daily on my way to and from the office, so I am always looking to capture it in a different light. On the evening, the sun gave me just what I needed.Editing

Since I am always on the run, I usually carry a Canon 6D Mark II with a 24mm-105mm lens; this is my workhorse lens.Feedback
