Behind The Lens
Location
This photo was taken in Everett, WA with my drone at an altitude of 399 feet. I grew up with a camera in my hand and I am a self taught photographer.Time
This photo was taken around 1100am on a foggy morning in September of 2020. I have always loved taking photographs no matter where I am at.Lighting
I used a Freewell lens filter to block out the glare of the sun. It is my belief that a picture tells a thousand words to tell a story and to draw people in.Equipment
I used my drone (mavic mini) the filter was nd64. The lighting was ambient light, I used the sun as my light source.Inspiration
I wanted to see what fog looked like from the other side in the air, my wife said I should take my drone up and find out. I did and now this picture is on my computer as a desktop.Editing
No post processing. I left the photograph as it is.In my camera bag
In the bag for my drone I pack my lens filters, remote for my dron, 3 batteries and my drone itself.Feedback
Make sure all of your batteries are fully charged, no over head obstacles such as trees and power lines. If need be, take multiple pictures and select the best one or best ones later.
