Location
This photo was taken in the back roads in northern Michigan.Time
This was taken right around sunrise this fall.Lighting
The lighting is as close as I could get to dead on using neutral density filters. It was a beautiful morning.Equipment
I used a Nikon d600, Tamron 28-75, tripod, and better y density filtersInspiration
We set out on this day to take some fall color pictures. This one I pulled over on the way to the trails because of how perfect out it was.Editing
Just basic raw development. I adjusted the levels and everything to get as close as I could to real life colors. In my camera bag
Way too much! I have my d600, 80-200 , 28-75 , 17-35 , 150-600, a doubler that I removed the glass from that works as an extension tube, d50 converted to infrared, microphone, gimbal head tripod, electronic gimbal, and mavic mini. Sometimes more and sometimes less but usually my back is sore at the end of the day.Feedback
Take your time. Always take the time for the shot. I pulled over on the side of the road for this. You miss out on 100% of the shots you don't take.
